Rise & Refresh: Mindful Morning Movement

Join me for a mindful, gentle, and accessible movement session designed for all bodies and every level of ability. By connecting movement with breath, you’ll be guided to tune into your body and move in a way that feels supportive and steady for you. This 45-minute stretch will leave you feeling revitalized, refreshed, and ready for a full day of crafting.

This is a welcoming, inclusive space where you can truly meet your body where it’s at. No prior experience is needed.

My name is Sinéad. I’m a mindful yoga teacher who works with both older adults and beginners, helping people experience the benefits of connecting breath, body, and awareness in a simple, approachable way.

Come as you are, wear something comfortable to move in, and start your morning feeling clear, grounded, and ready to create.
