"Highly recommend Sinéad's Yoga for Healthy Aging classes. She incorporates variety and adaptability in all of her sessions. Her calm nature and soothing voice put one at ease and in a zen state the moment the session begins. She is very knowledgeable and up to date with a keen willingness to extend her assistance even beyond the workout space."

"I just love yoga and have just become a regular now instead of doing drop in when I worked full time. I find the stretching is amazing for all the parts that we don’t use daily. "
