Hey, I'm Sinéad!


I'm a yoga teacher specializing in pelvic health, living and teaching in Mahogany, SE Calgary.
I first became fascinated with how yoga can help the pelvic floor during my initial yoga teacher training, which inspired me to specialize in Yoga for Pelvic Health.
Understanding the connection between yoga asana, pranayama (breath work), the nervous system and a healthy pelvic floor quite frankly blew my mind.
Knowing that for so many years, we've been told that pelvic floor dysfunction is just something we 'need to live with' made me determined to empower people with the knowledge they need to improve their symptoms.
My teaching style is mindful Yoga - you won't find headstands in my classes, but you will find strength, balance and a post-class glow!
I am on a mission to help spread awareness of how we can take control of our pelvic health and, I'd love for you to join me.
