In these classes, we’ll combine alignment, breath-work, and mindful core exercises to build strength, awareness, and resilience in your body and pelvic floor. We'll practice:

🌸 Gentle movement that builds to stronger, focused work through yoga poses.

💨 A deep focus on breath to improve awareness and connection.

🧘‍♀️ A better understanding of your pelvic floor muscles and how to support them.

Spoiler alert! There’s no magic quick fix for pelvic floor health, but together, we’ll start the journey to reconnect with these vital muscles and see real improvements in your symptoms.
