Summer Movement Membership

Throughout the series, we will focus on different poses, diving deeper and learning how to find the best version of the pose in our own bodies.

This is a perfect opportunity to:

✔️ Learn more common yoga poses, practice them and find what works best for you in your body.

✔️ Work within the gentle, mindful movement of our Yoga for Healthy Aging classes.

✔️ Practice yoga at your own convenience, anytime and anywhere.

✔️ Have a library of classes to choose from and use as much as you like.

✔️ Keep moving throughout the summer months with mindfulness and purpose.

Membership includes:

  • A brand new pre-recorded class every Monday morning.
  • Classes last about 35 minutes.
  • All online, access anywhere, anytime and every class in the library.
  • Varied themes to explore poses and classes, as well as varying styles of yoga (vinyasa, restorative and guided meditation).
  • Bonus full-length classes to tie together the poses we are focusing on in one longer sequence.
  • Plus a couple of focused sequences (there is a great Morning Movement sequence for right after you wake up, waiting for you in the library!)

Cost: $35 per month (for three months)

  • Cancellation - anytime within the membership period.
  • Payment - usually through credit card online but if you prefer to pay in a different way, just let me know.
  • Payment recurs every month, Three payments in total.
  • This membership runs from early June to early September (three months).

Intro to Summer Movement
Class 1 - Summer Movement (blanket)
Class 2 - standing poses (use yoga blocks or chair)
Class 3 - Strengthening the Back Body (block & a yoga strap or belt)
Class 4 - 60 Minute Vinyasa Practice
20- Minute Morning Movement Stretch (block and yoga strap)
Yard Work Stretch (with a Chair)
Bonus Class - 27 minute Well-Rounded Class (yoga strap or belt)
