Throughout the series, we will focus on different poses, diving deeper and learning how to find the best version of the pose in our own bodies.
This is a perfect opportunity to:

Membership includes:
- A brand new pre-recorded class every Monday morning.
- Classes last about 35 minutes.
- All online, access anywhere, anytime and every class in the library.
- Varied themes to explore poses and classes, as well as varying styles of yoga (vinyasa, restorative and guided meditation).
- Bonus full-length classes to tie together the poses we are focusing on in one longer sequence.
- Plus a couple of focused sequences (there is a great Morning Movement sequence for right after you wake up, waiting for you in the library!)
- Cancellation - anytime within the membership period.
- Payment - usually through credit card online but if you prefer to pay in a different way, just let me know.
- Payment recurs every month, Three payments in total.
