Are you feeling tired and disconnected from your postnatal body?

Are you ready to nurture yourself back to postpartum strength, building core awareness, helping your pelvic floor to heal and encourage your abdominals to repair postpartum?

Do you want to meet and connect with other postpartum Moms and connect?

Join this 6 week Mama & Baby Yoga class for safe, gentle movement through a re-strengthening yoga sequence (for Mom) with some poses to soothe your baby too!

Your body has done amazing things for you and your baby, and now it needs help to heal!

We've been building Mom friendships for 4 years!

COME AS YOU ARE - this is a judgment-free zone where mom-buns, sweats and bed-head (for Mama & Baby) are embraced!

Throughout the class, you can pop in and out of poses for cuddle/feed breaks or diaper changes. This is a space to feel welcome, empowered and to rest as and when you need to - this is time for YOU, you will be encouraged to be yourself here, in all your new-Mama glory!

*Please bring a yoga mat & baby's favourite toy!
