Looking for a beginner yoga class but not sure where to start?

🌷 Yoga for Healthy Aging is for older beginners who want regular intuitive and gentle movement. 🌷

Working within your own range of motion this gentle class will improve vitality, joint health, increase mobility, help combat insomnia, improve balance and introduce regular movement & mindfulness. It really is that beneficial!

Most suitable to clients over-55 but we welcome everyone that would like gentle movement. Co-ed, beginner level.
